Delivery & Returns
Our working hours are 8:00-17:30 Monday-Friday and we aim to dispatch the same working day. You will be notified as soon as we have received your order and when we dispatch your order to Royal Mail. All order dispatch emails provide you with a tracking number and link.

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50.
UK Economy - £2.95
2-3 working days
UK First Class - £3.95
1-2 working days
Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses are also included in this price. Please bare in mind we use Royal Mail for delivery and cannot guarantee these delivery times due to lack of control.
In special circumstances, such as large orders, we will use DPD.

*Delivery to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iceland, and Norway will be subject to £27.50 customs surcharge which you will need to pay.
Please contact us if you would like your package shipped to outside the EU and we will provide you with the best rates we can and order your goods for you if you wish to proceed.
Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We extend this policy to 60 days for goods bought between 1st November - 15th December for Christmas.
If you just changed your mind and would like to return your product, we are happy to accept your return but you are responsible for postage costs. The item(s) need to be in their original packaging and not damaged. We strongly recommend you ask for a certificate of postage when returning items - this is free from Royal Mail. We are not responsible for returns that go missing in the post. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and which items you are sending back. We'll provide you with information of where to send it.
If a product arrived to you damaged please pop an email over to email@example.com with your order number, whether you want a refund or replacement and if possible a photo. Refunds should be credited to your account within 7 days.
If you are not happy with a product please get in touch and explain why! We will do our very best to make sure you still love our shop!
Please do not send returns to our company address on the website - this is not our warehouse address.
Some of our goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, such as food, tooth tablets and biodegradable or compostable bags cannot be returned, but all items are eligible for refunds & exchanges should it be faulty or damaged. Please be aware this is not a guarantee and we reserve the right to deny refunds should we suspect our good-will policy is being taken advantage of.
We are committed to responding to emails Monday-Friday but will try to get back to you on weekends when possible!
